Refund and Returns Policy

All SPECIAL ORDER deposits are nonrefundable. All SPECIAL ORDER products are nonrefundable & nonreturnable.

Retail Return Policy: 0-30 days: no restocking fee on returns with original receipt (exception of composite and PVC deck products which have a mandatory 20% restocking fee). 30-60 days: 25% restocking fee; 60+ days: no refunds. Cancelled orders are subject to a 2.5% credit card processing fee.

Contractor Return Policy: 0-30 days: returns with original receipt (exception of composite and PVC deck products which have a mandatory 20% restocking fee); 30-90 days: 25% restocking fee & in-store credit only; 90+ days: no refunds Returns of items marked “restocking fee” still must fall within the return policy terms. Product must be checked by purchaser within 24 hours for order accuracy .
